Shipping policy

 

All Orders will be processed within 24-48 hours from date of purchase. Shipping is done via USPS or UPS. Orders will be received within 2-3 days depending on the location. 

In any event that your order was delivered and you have not received it, please contact USPS with tracking number provided at (800) 275-8777. Epic Urban will not be responsible for missing or lost packages. To avoid this issue, please make sure your address is correct before placing an order.
